Can I return an item?
Our labels are customized products so we generally don't accept returns unless you have an issue with the quality or application of our products. We continuously test our labels to make sure that the quality is consistently good. We stand behind our product and will refund the full order amount if our labels don't work for you. Please contact us if you have any quality issues and we will on resolving the problem or issuing a refund.
What if there's a mistake with my order?
We cannot be responsible for customer error, however if we made the error then we will send you replacement labels right away. You must notify us of any errors within 30 days of the order.
Can I make a change to my order once it's been submitted?
Because of the custom nature of our clothing labels and clothing stamp, once an order has been processed changes usually cannot be made. If you would like to make a change after submitting an order, please contact us immediately since processing usually starts right away.
