Please go to the shipping confirmation email that we sent you when your order shipped. Click on the tracking link to check the current status of your shipment. If your estimated delivery date has passed then please contact us at info@starlightlabels.com so that we can assist you further.
- All shipping times are approximate. Contact us for more a exact shipping time to your specific location.
- If you are ordering several different items with different delivery timeframe, we will hold the order until all items are ready.
- Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
- Shipping may take longer to rural and suburban areas and to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Please choose to have your package delivered to your place of business, if there is no secure place for delivery
- Orders are shipped when complete. If you are ordering multiple items and you would like part of your order shipped separately, please indicate in comments section when placing order. Additional shipping costs may apply.
- We will not take responsibility for items once they leave our facility and are transferred to shipping carrier. If you would like a more secure shipping method, please choose Priority or Express Mail. When choosing Express Mail you have the option to choose "signature required" by checkout.
